Please read these conditions carefully
These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relations that arise between Industrial Pantalonera Española, S.A. N.I.F. A45013620 with address: Calle San José de Calasanz, 1, 45800 Quintanar de la Orden (Toledo) (hereinafter, BUSTOS) and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or purchase products from through the online store of the official website of (https://bustos.eu, hereinafter the "Store").
1. User obligations
1.1 The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that could prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal functioning and enjoyment of the Store by the Users or that could injure or cause damage to the goods and rights of BUSTOS, its suppliers, Users or in general of any third party. These Conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically.
2. Products and prices
2.1 BUSTOS reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, BUSTOS may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, BUSTOS reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.
2.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond, in the most reliable way possible, that web display technology allows, to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3. Procedure and method of payment for products
3.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, BUSTOS will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code, and detail the characteristics of the Product, its price and shipping costs.
3.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.
3.3 BUSTOS will archive the electronic documents in which the sale is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The sale will be made in the corresponding language.
3.4 The order confirmation sent by BUSTOS is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. BUSTOS will send the invoice via email at the time the products are shipped.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 The user has a right of withdrawal by which he or she may contact BUSTOS via email at the following address: comercial@leandrobustos.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than fourteen (14) business days. counted from the receipt of the Product. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that BUSTOS indicates to the User in response to their notification of the withdrawal exercise. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of seven (7) days from when BUSTOS indicates the return method. The Product must be sent following the indicated instructions, with the User being responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product, except in the case of a defective item.
4.2 The return entails a refund of the amount of the returned items. The payment of the amount will be made through the same means in which the payment was made. The term for said payment will be that established in the Law.
4.3 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not in perfect condition.
5. Customer Service
5.1 For any incident, claim or exercise of their rights, the User may send an email to the address comercial@leandrobustos.com.
6. Home delivery service
6.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of the European Union, except for possible free zones within it, so the delivery service will only be for said territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address that the User indicates once payment has been verified, with the maximum delivery period being thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.
Orders with shipping to: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to customs charges and/or taxes. BUSTOS does not have any control function and is not responsible in any case for such charges. Before placing your order, we recommend that you check with the customs offices for more detailed information on this matter.
6.2 The BUSTOS delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige. Orders will not be served at PO Boxes or at hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
6.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchasing the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost. On each product page you will find a link to consult the corresponding rates.
BUSTOS makes all the necessary efforts so that the order leaves the warehouse complete. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items permanently. Furthermore, as we cannot update our stock online outside of office hours, there may be a slight variation in the stock figures on the WEB page compared to those available in the warehouse. In the event that an order is not complete, BUSTOS reserves the right, in some cases and at its discretion, to make two shipments.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
7.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in In relation to them, they are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of BUSTOS itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other right other than those specifically contemplated therein with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights.
7.2 Unless authorized by BUSTOS or, where applicable, by the third parties holding the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Store solely for their own needs, agreeing not to carry out, directly or indirectly, commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through the same ones.
7.3 The User must refrain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by BUSTOS or by third parties in the Store.
8. Data protection
8.1 In relation to current legal regulations on the protection of personal data and the new General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), we inform you that the person responsible for the data you have provided us is INDUSTRIAL PANTALONERA ESPAÑOLA, S.A. The purpose of the collection is to manage the requested order, with a legal basis regulated according to the Commercial Code and Complementary laws. Your data is confidential and will be used only for this purpose. We inform you that by checking the box we will understand that you consent to the processing of your data for each of the indicated purposes. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, right to transparency of information, right to deletion, limitation and portability by contacting INDUSTRIAL PANTALONERA ESPAÑOLA, S.A. 8.2. Answers marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Your non-response will prevent you from being able to purchase the selected products.
9. Passwords
9.1 BUSTOS will facilitate the use of personal passwords to the user who registers as such on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. The user must keep the passwords under their sole responsibility in the strictest and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of any kind that may arise from the breach or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the password for telematic access to the services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the user. The User undertakes to notify BUSTOS immediately of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as access to it by unauthorized third parties.
10. Cookies
10.1 BUSTOS uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and track their use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the computer's hard drive or in the browser's memory in the folder preconfigured by the operating system of the User's computer to identify them.
10.2 If the User does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard drive, they must configure their Internet browsing program to not receive them. Likewise, the User may freely destroy cookies. If the User decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the service may decrease and they may even lose access to some of the services offered in the Store.

These general conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
